The clusters of valleys south of Eyjafjörður in North Iceland are among the most beautiful places on the planet. Fnjóskadalur takes its name after the 117 Kms long Fnjóská river that courses through it. Renowned for its large salmon, the source of these waters, as pure as can be, lies in the Highlands.
