Lovely. I favor the first one, but only by a wee margin. I wonder how the 1st would look if processed to produce a more washed-out effect: more haze, lighter saturation and a bit more highlights? These changes would obvious fundamentally change the image, but that’s what I’m seeing in my mind’s eye. What do you think?
Bob: What you have in mind is what we saw when we first caught sight of the glacier. The scene was changing every 10 seconds. I chose only two of the snapshots in time to develop. But yes, what you suggest is part of what I came back with that morning.
Such beauty my friend! As I repeatedly say, it looks like an alien planet…That I would love to visit and live! Such well done photography isolating the glacier! And the colors! Well done!
