Sir, no words…!!! what a beautiful view is this! Colors of earth. and they assimilate themselves in an unusual harmony! Thank you.
Thanks, Sarmila.
I want to live on that island me amigo! Just wonderful images! The color of the water against the vivid “golden” island is superb!
Thank you, amigo. Often in Iceland, when one shows up in the field the odds of an assist from Lady Luck are high.
Rajan, Very pleasing indeed. Poetic to me. And I have a special request. To go along with these aerial fotos perhaps a foto from the ground plane when it makes sense? Thanks. Richard
Thank you, Richard. Good suggestion. Usually I make a few exposures from the ground when I do drone photography. In this instance, the ground level images weren’t as impactful as those from the air.
So, you probably recall that I’m a microbiologist. I mention that because your first photograph instantly reminded me of a paramecium or similar unicellular eukaryotic microbe.
Fall is so beautiful in Iceland! Thanks for these images.
Bob, what an apt description. Paramoecium brings to mind biology classes in high school, now in the distant past.
I am not a microbiologist but the first thought that struck me was “wow, it looks like those cells that biologists study.”
Great pictures, Rajan. Cheers.
Thank you, Atanu.
