These traditional Hindu and Catholic shrines still embellish the Goan landscape although they have to now share the space with newer dreck that is as hideous as can be.

Many, especially Goans on Goan social media, have purloined my images and reposted them without attribution, and in some cases shamelessly claimed them as their own.
