Tranquil Goa.
Last evening, my friend, Sudeep Dalvi, took me for a ride in his canoe, named Bismarque The Unsinkable, after the environmental activist, the late Fr. Bismarque Dias. Our starting point was the backwaters of St. Estevem village which then lead us into the broad canal of the River Mandovi.
We meandered in this rich ecosystem of mangroves with its soothing sights and sounds, the romance of our surroundings heightened by the thick monsoon air.
Check out the short video below.

I was there to inspect, Sudeep\’s boat when he took you and your nephew for a short ride. St. Estevem is a beautiful place.
Thanks, Ashok-bab. I remember you.
Great refreshing post, as refreshing as the Goan monsoon! Yash is a young man now. 🙂
Good to hear from you, Premanand-bab.
