Wet, green, and brooding.
Vignettes of monsoon Goa from years past.
• A ferry braves the swollen river.
• A woman returns home from the fields.
• A canoe glides through backwaters.
• Village strolls under a brooding sky.

Thank you Rajan-Bab. You have captured the Goa of my youth. I am so happy that it is still there.
The lushness of monsoon season is always lovely amigo! The constant daily rains I can do without. Does Goa plant rice? Beautiful compositions all amigo!
Thank you, Amigo Dan. Yes, of course, paddy fields are abundant in Goa. Goans (and South Indians, in general) are big rice eaters.
Peaceful and Serene.
Prashanth: Thank you.
I’m quite sure that your photos were taken not too far from where I live in Maryland (US). LOL. Yes, we’ve had a lot of rain, heat and humidity this season. But, less I forget, I enjoyed the last photo because of the dog’s stance and look back at the humans and your camera. Nicely done, Rajan.
Bob: That look the dog gives me is what makes that photo. Glad you noticed.
Visuals from Goan villages are so soothing to heart & thought! Nature ‘s bliss in every moment! Development couldn’t totally alter the marvels of villages. Life didn’t change much, on both sides of the big road( development), in your Goa! Beautiful tiled roofs are seen in the distance, village woman walking with kid and their dog-companion. Thanks…
Thank you, Sarmila. Glad you enjoy these scenes.
Enjoyable in every way. Thank you Rajan.
Richard: Thank you.
