Morning in the village of Nerul in Goa. The monsoon hangs thick in the air. A small Shiva temple rests across the water, inseparable from the land and its spirit. A canoe drifts past, unhurried. True to the Goan instinct.

Ah the wet season amigo! Hated it while in SE Asia! Everything was always wet,damp. But the monsoons brought the need rain to grow crops and invigorate the lush jungles.Love the crisp, vibrant images here amigo! And you are using an “ancient” dslr to show that it is NOT the camera that makes a photograph come alive!
Thank you, Amigo Dan. Yes, the monsoon brings renewal to these parts. As for the ‘ancient’ DSLR – let’s just say I’m deep in backlog, with a mountain of material shot over the years still waiting to be processed and published.
