Now that is some pumpkin amigo! Do they roast the pumpkin seeds then eat them as some Americans do? They are very tasty roasted and healthy. Many delicious soups and pies from that monster! Always love to see the markets of foreign lands! So colorful! So educational also to a Westerner!
