Now that is some pumpkin amigo! Do they roast the pumpkin seeds then eat them as some Americans do? They are very tasty roasted and healthy. Many delicious soups and pies from that monster! Always love to see the markets of foreign lands! So colorful! So educational also to a Westerner!ReplyCancel

Dan: Thank you. Pumpkin is used in a variety of ways in India. Different kinds of curries, pan fried preparations, even in some desserts.
Rajan, no doubt your “World’s largest pumpkin” was tongue in cheek.
