Phantasmagoric landscape.
The new series brings together scenes from the Syðra Fjallabak route in the Highlands of Iceland. This is very much Game of Thrones-y territory, a seductive brew of ice, volcanic mountains, craters, lakes, and lava under the purview of the Mýrdalsjökull glacier.
Earlier posts have featured images from Syðra Fjallabak. The collection will be consolidated here.

Just beautiful my friend! The moss green vegetation against the stark dark sky and the land is wonderful! The small pockets of snow/ice and the meandering stream all complete a great landscape! Well done!
