The Indian tourists who come to Goa have abysmal public etiquette. As a result, most of Goa’s once-beautiful and serene beaches have gone to seed. The Goan landscape got a reprieve during the pandemic lockdown some months ago and many tell me it felt like the “Goa of old.” Alas, this happy state will not last for long.ReplyCancel
