There are millions of puffin photographs but relatively few in the honey-dipped light of the midnight sun. I was lucky to have this beauty model for me last week at Látrabjarg, one of the world’s great bird cliffs in the Westfjords of Iceland. It was past 11 pm and the sun was just about 1º above the horizon.
amazing shots, truly!
Good to hear from you, Vivek-bab.
Incredible pictures, Rajan, that model simply knows that it’s going to have to strut its stuff for showtime. Like Bob, I am also partial toward that shot where it’s looking straight at you. Veena has captured her shot perfectly.:-)
Thanks, Nachi. It was an unforgettable evening.
Thank you, Sanjeev-bab and Bob.
Very enjoyable set, Rajan, and what fantastic light. I’m partial to the fifth photo (looking directly at the camera), because I like the bird’s expression.
you can’t get a more PERFECT shot !!!! fantastic
