Sunset glow.
Last night I found myself once again in a beautiful setting with only my iPhone on me. No matter. Shooting in RAW gets you within driving distance of the big cameras. Apple is set to announce the iPhone 14 Pro tomorrow, an upgrade expected to bring a significant advance in imaging capability.
This is Garðakirkja just outside Reykjavík awash in the golden light of the setting sun.

Nicely done, Rajan. The image quality from your current iPhone is top notch; I can’t imagine how they could improve on it, but I’m sure they will.
Thanks, Bob. The problem with the current iPhone images is, there is haloing at the edges, visible when you zoom in 200+%. The RAW file itself suffers from it. Apple needs to address the issue. Probably a computational artifact since they combine multiple frames behind the scenes to present you the final image.
For an iPhone image these are very well done my friend! Great color and beautiful light against the Church and sky! Well done!
