Tee off in golden light.
Some aspects of golf are perhaps unique to Iceland. The landscape around the greens is among the most enchanting on the planet. The sport is accessible to all segments of society, not just the elite. Finally, during the summer months, teeing off at midnight is par for the course.
I got lucky with rim light in the photo below.
The course in Seltjarnarnes, a suburb of Reykjavík, is also a summer nesting ground for the Arctic Terns, and they aren’t happy about sharing their space with humans.
