That formation (caused by glacial action) is called Skessuskál in Icelandic which translates to “Giantess’ bowl.”
Both of these are beautiful, but I truly admire the second photo. I feel a tremendous sense of harmony in it, almost to the point of it shouting “It’s great to be alive!” Very nice.
