Like Mervyn these images have a personal touch for me too. Siolim is my “maavodem” and me and my wife have spent quiet a few evenings watching the sun go down the Chapora river either from the vantage point of the Siolim bridge (from where our friendly photographer have captured the jewels above 🙂 ) or sitting idly on “Taari”.
You seem to alternate between my ancestral village of Colvale and my grandmom’s village of Siolim. Nevertheless, these pictures are priceless. Congrats and looking forward to more surprises from the Chapora.
