The original name of this street leading to Altinho (seen below) was Avenida do Sagrado Coração de Jesus (Avenue of the Sacred Heart of Jesus). The plaque is at the edge of the fence on the left of the frame.

I thought that Avenida S. Coracao de Jesus was always called Avenida Almirante Reis (now called Rua Pe. Agnelo, or in English, Fr. Agnelo Road), having lived on that road for my first 25 years.
