I have read most of your previously posted articles on Indian music. At my age(80), I find more and more shallow treatment of classical music with wider and wider exposure. It was a delight to see your postings – not to mention the remarks with which I fully agree. I left India – Mangalore, Manjeshwer and Goa some 60 years ago. The photographs are wonderful, colorful and informative. I can even recall the times I have attended concerts and performances by some of the musicians. There was no way to have the recordings to relive the experience(not possible at all at that time). Happy that you were able to get them and even share them with others. Congratulations and thanks for everything you are doing. You are a credit to all Indians – both in India and elsewhere.ReplyCancel
