The atmospherics were different this morning at sunrise (which was at 1:54 am). The same Kaldbakur mountain at Bjarnardalur in Önundarfjörður seen here yesterday, now draped in the warm light of the early sun.

I’ve looked through most of your blogs here and you have an amazing amount of fantastic pictures. Well done!! Iceland sure has alot to see and experience. I need to try more to take B/W landscape photos. I recently discovered another photographer called Sverrir Björnsson. He just released a book called “Two in one” (you can see it here: http://twoinone.is/ ) where he takes two pics of each view but in two different seasons. Quite fantastic results there too.
