The Lady’s Catch

Only in Goa.

A strange sight in Reis Magos. This White Snapper (chonak in Konkani) will fetch the lady at least ₹3000 (~$50).

A camera is a mechanical ingenuity but without the perspicacious eye overseeing/orchestrating its function, it is no more than an inert artifact. And yes, it’s all about timing and timing is not a vacuous occurrence. It is the moment when perception and the existential moment become one in the realization of perfection, the kind that’s spectacularly exquisite and universally singular.

Hint: What are the odds that Margaret’s shirt pulls in all the elements that encompass the surrounding vista in the embodiment of Goan identity? Bravo!ReplyCancel
