I thought that Avenida S. Coracao de Jesus was always called Avenida Almirante Reis (now called Rua Pe. Agnelo, or in English, Fr. Agnelo Road), having lived on that road for my first 25 years. Just goes to show that we sometimes miss the tiny details! Thanks, Rajan, for updating me on the history of that area.ReplyCancel
